BANE Pathshala is the Bangla language and culture school for the next generation of our Bangladeshi Community of New England. The school is organized by BANE and is run by volunteers. The BANE Pathshala aims to provide basic reading and writing skills in Bangla to the children of our community. We want to provide a strong foundation to each child who attends so they may be capable of using Bangla and be proud of our Bangla Mother Language and Bangladeshi cultural heritage. Our Bangla literature is extremely rich and the BANE Pathshala wants our students to have a deep appreciation of this richness.
BANE Patshala is always looking for dedicated and skillful volunteers to run the school. If you or anyone you know are interested in teaching or helping out in other ways, please reach out to BANE so our community may benefit from your voluntary services.
